Kim is a Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist and a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. Lisa is also certified through RockTape for taping, cupping, and blading. All three modalities help the body heal by bringing blood flow to the affected area and help promote healing. RockTape can help with injuries, muscle awareness, and posture.
