1 Ride: $12.00 (cash only)
5 Rides: $50.00
10 Rides: $100.00
Packages do not expire and may be paid for with cash, check, or card

From October 16th, 2019 to November 20th, 2019, Kacey will be offering a 4:30pm spin class on Wednesdays. This 6 week spin class is $50 and purchasing the package guarantees a bike for you. Single classes are available for purchase for $12.

Ride for Rett Syndrome - Only a few spots left! Join Kacey on Wednesday, October 30th at 6pm. The cost is $25 and all proceeds will be donated directly to rettsyndrome.org.  Call the front desk to reserve a spot (845) 499-2366.

Class Descriptions

And The Hits Keep Coming - Kacey
Get in the saddle and let the music lead the way. Current musical hits from every genre and even some from decades past. The class will take you up and over hills, through endurance runs and sprints, and sometimes outright dancing on the bike. It is a full body workout using core stability, all the leg muscles, and even upper body and arms. Each class is different with a new ride and new tunes to set the pace. Song requests accepted and encouraged!

Ryde the Rhythm - Dorothy
Spinning with Dorothy is a total body workout on a bike. If she could find a way to workout your toes she would. She combines resistance, intervals, power, and endurance carefully choreographed to high energy, pump it up music from the 70's right on through to today's hits. Her goal is to keep each routine fresh and fun and to make your workout program plateau-proof!

Crank it Up - Candice
Join Candice for a 60 minute high energy, endurance building power ride. Spinsational music mixes from all genres will push you through sprints, steep hills, and challenging cardio moves. This ride is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and burn your limits. Whether you are beginner or avid cyclist -- all levels are welcome!
